When you access this website, technically necessary connection data are processed, including IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer information, browser and operating-system information and server logs. Processing is required to provide this website securely and reliably; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
This website is provided through GitHub Pages, operated by GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P Kelly Jr St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. A transfer to the USA cannot be excluded. The Tailwind CDN design library is loaded as a technically necessary presentation resource; the relevant provider receives technically necessary connection data such as your IP address. Further information is available in the GitHub Privacy Statement and the Tailwind Privacy Policy.
If you contact us through the B2B contact form, we process the information and contact details you enter to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns pre-contractual measures or a contract and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We use Formspree as the technical service for transmitting the form; data are sent only when you submit the form.
We use Google Analytics 4 solely as an optional service in the “Statistics” category. Google Analytics is loaded only after you explicitly accept that category. No connection to the Google Analytics tag is made before consent. The legal basis is your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics is used to analyse how visitors use this B2B website. Processing may include visited pages, interactions, technical browser and device information and a truncated IP address. Processing by Google LLC in the USA cannot be excluded. Further information is available in the Google Privacy Policy.
Google signals and personalised advertising signals are disabled in our implementation. Your consent choice, time and settings version are stored only in your browser’s local storage so that your choice is respected across the DE, EN and FR B2B pages. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Privacy settings” in the page footer and delete local storage in your browser. Following withdrawal, Google Analytics will not be loaded again; data already processed by Google are not deleted retrospectively.
